FAPOR’s Quality Policy represents the commitment of the organization’s Management to the implementation of the Quality Management System and is based on the following principles:
– Continuously increase the satisfaction of our customers through the supply of products, taking into account the total satisfaction of their needs and their expectations;
– Involve all employees in the commitment to continuous improvement, through adequate training and recognition of their performance;
– Improve the effectiveness of our processes by reducing the defects of the products, in creasing their rentability through the engagement of the whole organization and stakeholders;

– Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements applicable to Fapor are complied.
FAPOR will annually and/or whenever necessary revise this policy to ensure that it continues to reflect all purposes of the organization and will be available to all partners whenever requested.
